What international guidelines do ethics committees adhere to? I only know of two main ones - ICH GCP 1996, CIOMS 2002 and WH0 operational guidelines 2002 and 2011.

That's a really interesting question.
Committees reviewing biomedical research also refer to the Declaration of Helsinki in my experience.
I wonder if which international guidelines are adhered to will depend primarily on what national or regional guidelines are in place that committees will need to comply with.There are some lists and databases of national and international guidance and regulation that may be useful to committees considering this at http://globalhealthreviewers.tghn.org/resources/guidance-and-regulation/
