About: I am a senior biomedical research scientist and Head of Research and Training Department at Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute. Formerly, I was a head and laboratory manager who successfully initiated processes for Laboratory Quality improvement and Accreditation. I am also scientific write with several publications in peer review journal and a principal or co-investigators on several funded research projects. I have served as technical scientific secretary for the national one health scientific conferences under the prime minister's office. I have supervised and mentored several MSc and PhD students and worked as study coordinator for several clinical trails .
