About: I am a Research Coordinator for the clinical trials of Janssen (J&J) at the Joint Clinical Research Centre, and these trials are focused on antiretroviral Pharmacokinetics, safety, and tolerability changes within 48 weeks. I have a broad background in Nursing, with specific training and experience in Critical care and research plus Clinical teaching and secondary adolescent Support. I lay strategies on operating the 3 current protocols and establish strong ties with both sponsor and community providers that will make it possible to recruit and track participants over time as on record. In addition, I have successfully administered the projects (e.g. regulatory submissions and approvals, staffing, research protections, budget amendments), collaborated with other researchers, and produced consistent operations under good documentation practices. In my current role, I was fortunate enough to have obtained a placement where I shadowed professional nurses and assisted them in minor non-medical ways. I have served previously both as a Manager Intensive care Unit at Kampala Hospital Ltd. and a Front - liner under the ministry of Health Uganda as a nursing Officer Intensive care based on experience. As a result of these previous experiences, I am aware of the importance of Compassionate leadership, strategic planning, and result-oriented leadership and as well as the need for frequent communication among project members and of constructing a realistic research or project plan, timeline, and budget with a broad diversity view. This has developed a strong dedication and keen interest in me to learn new leadership skills in the above fields and more, To make strong contributions to science, formulation of Public policies, and a positive attitude based on mentorship under competitive and challenging circumstances in resource-limited regions.
