Dr. Anuj Bhattachan
About: Plus 10 years of experience in the field of applied epidemiology and 5 years in clinical Development of Enteric Vaccines. My professional background is in the field of public health in the setting of low income countries. I have rich experiences in applied epidemiology. While working in remote geographically challenging locations, I developed a keen interest to study Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPDs) especially Vector - borne / Enteric diseases that affect the health of impoverished community. Last 5 years, I dedicated utilizing my professional experiences, knowledge and research expertise in the field of clinical development of vaccines, which I believe will help in preventing, controlling, eliminating or even eradicating preventable infectious diseases from our community. Now, I am working with Partners in Health, Rwanda and responsible for supporting the medical function with duties related to monitoring and evaluation, surveillance, research as well as supporting new grant application within the medical function.
